"Lovely room overlooking the lake. Amenities were good. Breakfast not extensive but good. The property was about 3km out of the main part of Taupo. I thought it was closer. My fault for not checking close enough. However, my point being is that you need a car if you want to go back and forth to the main part of Taupo"
