They need better pillows

Overall great stay. For some reason a lot of us just didn't sleep particularly well. Perhaps due to the train, but it's something i was aware of prior. It's a bit noisy but their are earplugs provided. The outlets stopped working in two of the rooms on our 2nd day strangely. We were just so busy we didn't really bother with reporting. We had 4am to 11pm days due to all the hiking planned in the rockies. It'd be great if the larger suite had 3 parking spots. We booked the room for 12, and had 3 cars.

Lovely room, very quiet, and the beds were fabulous and comfortable. Parking does cost $14 extra per day, but it was very convenient. We didn't try any dining there.

We enjoyed our stay at Peaks Hotel. Upon arrival we were able to upgrade our room and really enjoyed the stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was ideal because it's not in a main area so it was a quiet stay. It was just steps away from restaurants and town . Highly recommend.

Room was somewhat dated, but very clean and comfortable. Rooftop hot tub is an awesome feature. Lobby is very welcoming, with a wood-burning fireplace that keeps it very cozy. Location is perfect; very short walk along Banff Avenue to the shopping/restaurant section. Reasonable walk to the Cascade Gardens as well. Roam bus stop is right outside.
