"Good location. Staff was responsive in answering questions and providing instructions to enter the property. It can be cleaner though - we found some dirty socks below a chair for instance. There was a binder on the kitchen counter which stated that the guests must do the dishes or will be charged additional fees. Although I appreciate that it was clearly communicated, I do not necessarily agree and like the policy. First it should have been communicated on the booking site so that guests are aware prior to booking. Also I think that dishwashing should be part of the normal room service. I also wonder how seriously all guests take this responsibility and really clean. . . !?!"

"It seems like the price is high for what you are getting. The location is beautiful by the ocean and within walking distance of the Bluff ocean trail. However, we were expecting a little bit more luxury. There was no unique character or coziness to the place you would expect of a boutique hotel. The staff are friendly and the bed was comfortable. The room was rather small, although it was over looking the ocean."
