The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Lei who checked us in. She’s amazing. Really loved our trip and plan on going back."

The staff at 1 Hotel were incredibly helpful and polite, always going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Special thanks to the manager, Nicholas Gold, who made our stay exceptionally comfortable. Nicholas was always available to assist us with any requests, making us feel truly valued and cared for. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to add a few more dinner entrees to the 1 Kitchen menu, which also serves as the in-room dining menu. Having a bit more variety would elevate the dining experience even further. Overall, 1 Hotel Kauai is a paradise on earth. The impeccable grounds, stunning private beach, delectable food, and outstanding staff make it a must-visit destination. I cannot wait to return for another unforgettable stay!"

"Everything was great, and the staff accommodated us several times. Our flight kept getting bumped, and each time, they were prompt in helping, first a later check-in and another booking for another day. Cedric gave us an ocean view on our added day, and that made our last evening in Kauai even more special. Comphy beds, nice hot showers, and the daily cleaning was wonderful too."
