Nice hôtel, Bad brasserie
The hotel was fine, the service was terrible. We had to wait a long time to check in. We had dinner at the hotel and had to wait for 2 hours get our food, with no apology or compensation. A steak was overcooked and when we pointed this out, the server challenged us and said it was fine. We were so hungry we ate the meal, but would never eat here again.

Really Good Service!
Thought the daily service on the room could have been a little more thorough. But overall found the other services really great. Would sty there on a future trip.

It is an older hotel, but the location was perfect for our group for visiting WWII sites. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio after a day of sightseeing. They served the most delicous mussels in their restaurant, and I had mussels two nights. The language barrier was more prevalent at this hotel, but it was not an earthshattering deal for our group. This is part of an international travel experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Lovely stay
Easy to find and well signposted with two small parking areas either side of the road. Check in was pleasant, especially as I had actually booked for the wrong day! We were given our rooms and they were a good size with plenty of power sockets and good wifi. They were very quiet too and had a decent desk to work out and nice shower rooms. Prices were good too. We ate at Chez Gerty, the inhouse restaurant.

Fantastic food, great bar
The welcome was lovely, staff very friendly and helpful. Downstairs is very cool, great bar area and amazing food, lobby and stairwell are very chic but let down a little by a slightly dated room. A little noisy at the weekend, but with such a cool bar, you can understand why!

Die Unterkunft hat alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Zimmer waren äußerst sauber, geräumig und modern. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir gesichert in einem tollen Fahrradraum unterbringen und dort aufladen. Das Frühstück in schönen modernen Räumlichkeiten war ausgezeichnet und das fantastische Abendessen ein Traum. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!!

Accueil vraiment désagréable
Hotel propre chambres spacieuses tres bonne literie mais quel accueil! Vraiment tres desagreable je sentais que je dérangeais. Quant au menu 3 services. Au bout de 40mn d attente pour le plat principal j'ai dit que ce n etait plus la peine je navais plus faim ils me l'ont facturé ! En plus ils mavaient installé dans une salle a larriere du restaurant alors que la piece principale etait quasi vide il etait 18h. J etais a côté dune table d habitués hyper bruyante. Et aussi je n aime pas la viande mais ils nont pas voulu changer ca tombe bien me direz vous puisque ce veau n est jamais arrivé. Je recommande donc l hotel mais pas le resto

Very nice and warm hotel
Nice small hotel with excellent restaurant. I had a very nice and comfortable room with separate working area and walls covered with wood. Great place for a biking weekend.

Nous avons réservé cet hotel en dernière minute afin de pouvoir se reposer après avoir participé au GTLC Winter édition. L'équipe de l'hôtel a été très accueillante pour ma maman, moi et notre chien (border collie, bien éduquée) au sein de l'hôtel, mais également de leur brasserie où nous avons délicieusement mangé. Je recommande !

Ideaal voor bezoek Hoge Venen. Super eten.

Twin Zimmer sind schön ausgestattet. Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. So konnten wir problemfrei das Zimmer tauschen (wg. Lichteinfall). Das Restaurant ist für den "ersten Urlaubsabend" wirklich zu empfehlen. Und für den Morgen gibt es ein abwechslungsreiches Frühstück.

Wanderwochenende mit mehreren Personen. Zimmer sauber und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Sehr schöne Bar um abends etwas zu trinken. Sehr guter Burger im Restaurant. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Helaas een slecht verblijf gehad. Kamer werd niet schoongemaakt en klachten werden door de eigenaar nonchalant weggewoven. Prullenbakken werden niet geleegd, geen schone lakens en handdoeken. Douche/bad/wc werd niet schoongemaakt. Water in douche was niet warm. Geen Wi-Fi op de kamer! Personeel, met name eigenaar zeer onvriendelijk! Kortom niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Cyrano - Waimes
Heel praktisch gelegen aan het Ravel fietsroute netwerk. Aardige service aan de receptie, geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt. Erg grote kamer (#12) met zelfs een verdieping met extra bedden erin. WC was erg klein (bezemkast formaat), badkamer klein maar wel goed en fijne douche.

Das Hotel macht einen sehr guten Eindruck mit einer guten Küche und nettem Restaurant. Zu bemängeln wäre das im Bad nicht ein einziger Haken zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern oder sonstigen Dingen exestiert. Das Frühstück ist für den Preis von 12,00 € sehr übersichtlich.
