"The staff at the Crowne Plaza are the crown in the jewel of this resort! Friendly, clearly love their job and go above and beyond. Special mention goes to Marlina and Jesé. Rooms were clean, service impeccable, the water was great and the food amazing. Timo our concierge was also great with coordinating taxis for our many expeditions. Only thing I would suggest improving is to make sure non smokers are not impacted by smokers. Designated smoking zones affected the comfort of guests especially near the pools."

"Great stay st the Wyndham Aug 17-24/2026!! All the staff were amazing, super friendly, professional, fun & soooo accomodating!! Breakfast was great ...omellettes/eggs cooked to order & lots of options to choose from & the dinners/theme nights, drinks were all delicious & reasonably price, Entertainment was great too!! Rooms are clean, well set up, housekeeping took really good care of us & we had everything we needed!! Would recommend 100%, Many thanks to all the staff for making our 1st time in Fiji a wonderful experience!! ❤️"

"I had an excellent stay at Ramada Suites by Wyndham Wailoaloa Beach. My king-sized room was exceptionally spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. Having a washer/dryer right in the unit was a huge convenience, especially while traveling. The balcony overlooking the beach was another highlight and made the room feel even more relaxing. What really distinguished the hotel, though, was the service. Nemia Ratu and the rest of the staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and provided genuinely outstanding customer service. The rooftop bar also has probably the best view of the strip of any of the hotels in the area, and the food is great. Between the large, comfortable room, excellent amenities, beach views, and fantastic staff, this was a great stay. I would absolutely recommend the Ramada Suites and would happily stay here again."

Transfers to and from the airport went smoothly, and the location was great, there’s a large grocery store just around the corner, which was perfect for grabbing a few essentials. A great option for couples or solo travellers looking for a convenient, easy stay."

"The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the stay enjoyable. The breakfast offered a contemporary selection and was good overall, although there could be a little more variety. The cleanliness of the resort was fair and could be improved, particularly in some of the common areas and rooms. With better attention to housekeeping, the overall experience would be much better. Overall, the excellent staff were the highlight of my stay. While there is room for improvement in cleanliness, I had a pleasant visit and would consider staying again."

"Beautiful place. Check in was a bit of a struggle . As no confirmation email nor text with instructions were received and multiple calls were needed to be made . To finally receive it via WhatsApp. Internet was also an obstacle. Did end up connecting to an alternative connection . When maintenance came they said that it looked like the internet had not been paid on the units specific wifi. Bbq was also not clean - rest of the place was clean however. Despite all this . All staff both on the phone and in person were friendly and professional. And aimed to remedy each minor issue promptly. Would reccomend . It is a beautiful place. If you do have a big car . Parking may be tight for unconfident drivers . Would reccomend 🙂"
