Housekeeping does come unless you make a request. We asked for clean towels because we were out and if they could pock up the dirty ones. Told it would be about 25 to 28 minutes, after two hours still no towels, they did finally bring clean ones but didn't pick up the dirty ones. The monorail broke ...
