"The shower broke in the bathroom and cut my son’s foot, I told the front desk but they really didn’t care much, did not here from the manager or any other staff for three days we were there, I wish I could have moved to some other hotel after the first day, We will never stay there again, My son foot still hurt and that ruined our vacation,"
