Perfect positiion oon one of the maiin access roads into Wagga Wagga.Very easy to locate. Very imposing hotel.Vey modern buiding.Checkin was very. Meal specials were offered. Found all staff excellent. Will be using ths. Hotel on other stays in Wagga Wagga.

Card used for secure of room on arrival was cloned and used in a restaurant in the same town had to cancel card! Not Trust worthy pity because the hotel was really good apart from credit card being cloned and used!

The room had not been cleaned however the reception staff moved us quickly to a different room. We ordered a room service breakfast however it did not arrive, on questioning this with reception we were told the kitchen was closed (on a Monday) we were offered a complimentary buffet breakfast for the next day. When we arrived at breakfast most of the coshes were low or empty especially bacon, we advised the girl on reception who immediately spoke to the kitchen. After 5 minutes or so items stated coming out one at a time - mushrooms, baked beans, hash browns - each about 5 minutes apart. Finally the sort after bacon arrived. A long wait for a simple but important item. The staff were always pleasant and apologetic.

The staff were friendly and very helpful and the bed was comfy but the room was so noisy. It was supposed to be soundproof if you closed your window but unfortunately mine wouldn’t close so I had to listen to the traffic all night and the music from the hotel across the road. Breakfast buffet was lovely.

A quick stop over
As I booked this accommodation at the last minute i was happy that I could still get a room at a great price. Once I mentioned that we had stayed before on check-in I was given a free upgrade. The room was very clean and bed comfortable although the room eas a bit stuffy on arrival we soon fixed that. I would highly recommended the wagga International hotel.

We really didnt know what to expext as we had never really stayed in Wagga Wagga. Well, we were pleasantly surpised. The Hotel is amazing! We have stayed in hotels all around Australia and i must say this hotel beats them all. Our room was the Family suite, it slept my husband and my 2 girls beautifully. We had a massive bed and the girls had a bed each. The bathroom was massive. The TV was huge. Tea and coffee selection. The beds were SUPER comfortable and clean. There was also ample parking onsite and they didnt charge which was awesome. All in all, when we return back to Wagga Wagga we will definitely be staying there. Thank you to all the Staff.

While the room very nice clean and even though it was on a busy corner it was very quiet. My main complaint was that the lighting in the bathroom was terrible. It was not suitable for putting on make-up! There was another mirror in the room but the light was just as bad! The mirror in the bathroom was also quite low. It was fine for me (I'm about 175cms) but I was conscious that if my sons had been wanting to use the mirror they would have to bend down.

The room we were put in had a very strong bathroom drain smell, I had to open all the windows and leave them open all night and listen to the traffic because of it. The bed had hair and dust on it and my partner almost slipped in the shower due to the chemical on the floor that wasn’t washed properly. Kitchen was also closed before 8 despite closing at “9”, I was told there may be food across the road or hungry jacks down the street. The only reason why I continued to stay was because I had just driven for 9.5 hours and some of it through 2 massive storms, I was too tired to fight it! They offered me a free coffee and breakfast when they were told in the morning, I took the coffee but not breakfast. I just wanted out. I will never be staying here again. I will say that the manager when overhearing me talk to the reception staff came straight out and was super apologetic and very nice and professional.

Everything is excellent except to the breakfast in the hotel big different to quality of the hotel and quality of the breakfast zero rate I’m not suggesting to anyone using breakfast of the hotel $30 for only 1 choices of egg And $5 extra for each coffee it’s called buffet should be everything included and lots of different options for breakfast

We were a late check-in and were told conflicting information. As a result of being a late check-in we didn’t have any milk in our room, only 2 standard tea bags….and after travelling from Darwin 12 hours earlier, it was a bit average. Setting up computer on desk for work, we found that both lamps were not in working order. On the website it stated 24 hour service….not accurate. Office/reception closes at 10:00pm. Staff were very apologetic next morning. Buffet breakfast was ok…expensive especially considering brewed coffee was not included. Again, staff was lovely.
