Easy to locate, James at front desk was friendly and accommodating recommending local restaurant for dinner. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was typical coffee was pretty good for hotel coffee.

Crowne Plaza Hotel Greenville-I-385-Roper Mtn Rd by IHG
We arrived at 7:30 pm and our room was not ready until after 8:15pm.We were sent to a room that had not been cleaned. Then, we had to wait 30 mins for the staff to clean our new room. It was a disappointing situation.

stayAPT Suites Greenville-Haywood Mall
There was a hand full of black hair on the bathroom floor. Crumbs were on the kitchen countertop. Walls are paper thin, we could hear the people staying next to us. No lobby however there was an outdoor courtyard but it was not covered and it had rained so everything was wet.
