Staff were ok. Room service was minimal, as room had empty minibar and no coffee machine. Just a kettle with tea and coffee. AC did not work. Room was clean. Breakfast was excellent. This hotel used to be much finer in services, courtessies and amenities for Premium rooms but now most are reduced including the once great executive floors lounge which is now permanently closed.

The room was beautiful with complimentary mini bar and a bottle of wine!! Breakfast was the best with a beautifully decorated ambience for the Christmas season
