"The hotel has a great location—easy to find and conveniently accessible to everything. It’s close to shops, restaurants, and other amenities, making it very convenient for getting around. And of course, a truly memorable stay also comes down to how guests are treated. A little compassion, acknowledgment, and willingness to accommodate can make all the difference. After all, great customer service leaves an impression too. At first, I honestly thought the room might have been a smoking room because of the smell. I later noticed the note indicating that it was a non-smoking room. The carpet upon entering could also use some attention. It looks quite dated and worn, which takes away a bit from the first impression of the hotel. Of course, it’s difficult to know whether a previous guest may have smoked in the room despite the policy, but the lingering smell was noticeable and affected the overall impression."

"Very clean hotel with friendly staff. It was our first time staying here and we will definitely be back. The served hot breakfast was a nice touch. It was kind of weird not having a closet in the room, the clothes hung on a rod sticking out beside the tv. But honestly, everything else was so great, it wasn’t even an issue. I absolutely love that the soap and shampoos are Dove because with my skin allergies, that’s one of the brands I can actually use. And I LOVE the little personal bars of soap. All told, a great hotel for a great price!"
