Property was nice with many amenities. The room was very basic and a bit tight, but met all our needs. Staff was very friendly and helpful with our requests. Lots of younger students and visitors staying here which kept things feeling young and vibrant.

Great location, easy to access all areas of the city either on foot or using the public transport system. Room was clean and tidy, however it was located in the basement which fronted the main road. Access to the room was right next to the breakfast area. It was called a deluxe room. Unfortunately that was not an accurate description at all. Two single b ds pushed together with a mattress topper finishing off the ensemble. Evertime we left the room we would literally bump into someone grabbing food. Not ideal at all.

It was over all an ok experience, staff wasn’t very helpful and hotel was outdated. We could hear water being flushed/ going down a drain from the ceiling multiple times through out the day and night. Over all ok in decent area.

"The location is great within a couple of blocks of 3 tram and 1 Metro station and local area is full of safe walkable streets with shops, food and bars. Front desk staff are amazing at providing local guidance. Couple of quirks…..no cloth hanging closets in the rooms and no USB for international ..."
