"The two bedroom/two bath villa was clean, spacious, and the kitchen was fully equipped with dishes and cookware. The balcony overlooking the golf course was relaxing and the Villa was very comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. One suggestion is the bedrooms could have been equipped with more outlets to charge cell phones. Other than that, we enjoyed our 3-night stay at Paniolo Gardens."

"We have stayed there twice, already planning our third visit. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, pleasant. Ocean view was amazing. My only negative statement would be, it does not make sense having parents’ breakfast included, but paying for kids for buffet breakfast (would be better if breakfast was included for whole party)"

"Room was good size, door was sticky and a light did not work. It was fixed but stopped a few hours later. Great sunsets from all the restaurants. Spa was a nice experience. Snorkel rent is convenient. Grounds are lovely. Restaurants are expensive and the food is ok but not great. Room service is not available until 7:15 am. Menu says 6:30 but that’s when they start not when you can get food. There is a deli on the grounds that you can go to that opens earlier."

"Rooms are average size.and comfortable. However there is little storage space to unpack our clothes and stow our luggage so our room felt more cramped. The location is great with good restaurants nearby and the hotel restaurant is also delicious. Pool area was nice we.spent every afternoon there after coming back from excursions. Staff on site is friendly. Would stay here again."

"Perfect place to stay for a couples getaway if you’re visiting The Big Island. Staff were always able to help whenever we needed them. Being greeted by Coconut Jake every morning was the perfect way to start the day. Greeting Miss Kitty in the evening after a long day of fun and adventure was a treat as well. Rooms provide all the things you’d need when on vacation: beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, hair dryer, bathroom supplies, etc. I could go on about all the great things about this place, but the ratings and reviews speak for themselves. Just book it!"

"We were so surprised when we rolled up on this property. It was well maintained & beautifully landscaped. The cottage was decorated with a colorful flair. The bathroom was roomy & had a big shower. The porch looked out over the property facing the ocean & great sunrises. We stayed 4 nights & were genuinely sad to leave. After 10 days traveling, this was the perfect place to relax"
