Billederne så meget bedre ud end det var og prisen alt for høj til standarden. Værelse med udsigt til bjerg betød at man skulle stå ved et højt vindue og kigge ud til siden. Værelset var slidt og med gamle møbler og gulvtæppe. Intet tryk på det varme vand. Venligt personale, men ville ikke bo her igen.

Hřeší na vysokou poptávku, cena je předražená....

Nevyrovnaná úroveň služeb, velké rozdíly personálu v jednotlivých dnech. Úroveň hotelu naprosto neodpovídá cenové relaci - Grand hotel Smokovec je jen o ca 10% dražší a o několik úrovní výše....

Good Central location for the High Tatras

This is a great central spot to explore and hike the high Tatras. Rooms were small by US standards but comfortable and definitely adequate. We had a very nice view of the mountains and valley below. Staff is very helpful, and you can purchase a hiking map from the tourist office. Easy walking distance to Smoky Smokovec for other restaurants, however, we found the food at the penzion not only very reasonable, but very good!
