"Beautiful cozy warm clean cabin in an idyllic pretty location, remote and quiet but within 2 miles of Luosto centre with restaurants, supermarket, ski slope and gift shop. Taxis limited. Shower and sauna fantastic, do need to go outside to get to it but they provided croc type shoes for you. Customer service responded quickly to messages via the hotel.com app. Saw the Northern Lights dancing above our cabin on the first night, absolutely amazing above the snowy trees. "The cottage itself was lovely however the location of the cottage on the Expedia app is incorrect. It's 4KM away from where it says it is and NOT in the main Ski village. We couldn't get through to anyone at Holiday Club Phya, and if it wasn't for a local community member driving us around to find the cottage, we would never have found it!"

"Beautiful place, but bit of a tourist scam. As the hotel opened a few days before our coming, some things were missing : a rack for the jackets and shoes... The heater is hard to set and is noisy. However, the staff is lovely and always ready to help. It also misses an electric plug for cars."
