"This is one of my worst experiences ever with a hotel. The space is basically a scam, with most things under construction, unsanitary conditions, no drapes (with sunrise here at like 4:00am). I felt that if I slept in one of the super dirty spaces, I would have catched an eye infection. No staff to help, but only a chat on WhatsApp that never replied. No Wifi. "Staff were super nice and the property was well maintained. Parking was a little confusing but the hotel staff managed the reservation well and sent detailed instructions well ahead of time. I take away a star because the bathroom configuration of the junior suite gave very little privacy: one steps out of the shower directly into the room in an area with direct line of sight from all angles. We were OK with it but it felt odd. For this reason only we would probably stay elsewhere on a future visit to Ljubljana."
