Equipe muito gentil e atenciosa! O único senão foi a demora EXCESSIVA no atendimento no Restaurante! Nada contra quem atendia, mas, sim, contra a demora entre o pedido e a entrega dos pratos! Entendo que precisamos ter equipes enxutas mas ficou muito claro que é necessário colocar mais gente na cozinha para os pedidos andarem mais rápidos!

Bom hotel

É um bom hotel, com boa localização. No check in não fomos muito bem recepcionados. O quarto era amplo, estava limpo e ficava para o estacionamento. A geladeira era barulhenta. Também os banheiros tem janelas de ventilação que se encontram com as do quarto vizinho e o som é propagado. O estacionamento é gratuito, mas com muitas vagas duplas bem apertadas. Os quartos virados para a rua não possuem janela anti ruído. O café da manhã era muito bom.

Foi Maravilhosa a estadia, o quarto era confortável, funcionários educados, tudo limpo e o café da manhã maravilhoso.. a comida do restaurante tbm é muito boa e preços acessíveis. A única observação pra melhorar é trocar o assento do vaso sanitário que está quebrado (quarto 511) algo simples de resolver... Mas no geral nós gostamos muito e voltaremos com certeza.

O hotel estava bem localizado para a nossa pretensão. O café da manhã foi muito bom. O restaurante tem preços bem convidativos e o filé mignon grelhado estava muito bom. O quarto é amplo, mas tinha alguns detalhes que podem ser melhorados, como a tampa do vaso e um parte do chão do quarto que estava grudenta, porém não prejudicaram a estada.
