We were not able to get breakfast but they amazing offers for breakfast and can deliver to your villa. The reception is different property which is about 8-10 min drive not so convenient but the staff are very helpful and very accommodating. "Hotel mixed with hostel caused us issues as school group staying there were partying until after midnight making it hard to go to sleep and soured the overall experience. Room was good, not far from Volterra historic town and in house restaurant was ok."

The staff was friendly, but the brochures need to be updated with the correct pricing, also it would be nice to know that they don’t provide certain spa services when you’re the only one asking for it. If I had know that and that the restaurants were closed most of the time, I probably would’ve gone where it was more consistent."
