"Impossible to reach anyone if you need help. To order cleaning, it is a dream!!!!! New building with cracks in the walls. Checking in was a disaster. Reception is located behind shopping mall, totally different direction then the apartments. The only plus was my pregnancy. Helped me to get through the check in line in no time as the manager noticed. Breakfast is served at Radisson Blu Hotel. Very good. Except the service and a few hundreds pax eating at the same spot. Well... was expecting more...

"Very nice apartment with outdoor patio. Our unit was on the bottom floor. Location is outstanding. Nearby restaurants were amazing. Beach was beautiful. Highly recommend this location. Only downside is the bedroom. It's a loft which is very nice but low ceiling. Maybe 4 ft. The tight circular staircase could be difficult for seniors. I would suggest another unit."

"Super gute Lage, besser geht es nicht! Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, gut eingerichtet und sauber. Allerdings fehlt für einen längeren Aufenthalt noch Küchenausstattung, wie zum Beispiel gute Schneidebretter, Flaschenöffner (wollten wir selber kaufen und für die nächsten Gäste hinterlassen, leider keine kurzfristig gefunden), Frühstücksschalen, Eierbecher,...ggf. Salz und Pfeffer)."

"Super Empfangspersonal. Wunderschöne ei gerichtete Wohnung. Moderne Küche. Betten waren für uns etwas zu hart, aber alles war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Sehr viele Beleuchtungsmöglichkeiten und 2 Tv. Wir hatten eine Wohnung mit Terrasse und waren in 2 min. Am Strand. Eine Sauna und kleiner Indoopool war vorhanden, leider oft von Kindern belegt, aber das war in den Ferien zu erwarten. Das Restaurant war , im nachhinein zum Glück zu, sonst wäre die Terrssse sicher nicht so sehr zum Genuss...

"Sehr neues und modernes Hotel. Tolles Personal was sich super um einen kümmert. Es ist noch nicht alles fertig, dadurch hört man tagsüber ab und zu Bau Geräusche. Insgesamt wird aber schon darauf geachtet das es nicht zu viel ist. Wir hatten einen LUX Zimmer das wirklich schön war. Toller Balkon mit Liege und Loungemöbel. Eine Küchenzeile war auch mit im Zimmer. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen. Besonders schön war auch,dass es einen Shuttle Service direkt in den Ort gab. So spart man sich...

"Nicht gefallen hat nur, dass wir einzig einen Topf und zu wenig Besteck hatten. Außerdem war eine Matratze total durchgelegen. Ansonsten war alles super und wir würden gerne nächstes Jahr oder danach wiederkommen."

"Sauberkeit war top. Entäuschend das Büro. Meine Kaution soll einbehalten werden weil ich den Schlüssel nicht abgegeben habe. Ich habe einen Code von dem Büro bekommen. Wir sind einen tag früher abgereist. Ich habe den Schlüssel deshalb in den Tresor gelegt neben dem Büro. Trotzdem haben sie den Schlüssel angeblich nicht bekommen und ich soll für den Schlössertausch zahlen. Ganz toll.. sun & Snow nie wieder....."

Sonst die Unterkunft hat alles was mann zum kocken braucht, leider muss die Sauberkeit besser werden. Als wir eingezogen sind waren überall auf den boden Flecken von Vermieter, war nicht so schön ."
