"Be warned that you need early coordination for key pickup as there is no reception or self-checkin, which we were aware before booking. We had to wait over an hour to meet the host late in the evening when we were so tired. The condition of the apartment was bad. Faucet was broken (though usable), cracks on walls and ants in the kitchen. We would've left if we had other availability nearby. "

"We come yearly to ljubljana l, but this was the first time we stayed at this location. The location of the studio is perfect, communication and self-check-in is smart, easy and fast. I loved how to open the doors with the picture, brilliant. The studio itself has everything you need, including a complete kitchenette and airco and is in perfect condition. "We loved staying at the Occidental Ljubljana. The rooms were spotless and the location is excellent - steps away from old town. However, one caution is that the bathroom is not a traditional layout. The sink is fully open and visible to anyone in the room (no walls at all) and the shower and toilet are in separate stalls. If you prefer to change in the bathroom or use the sink in private, it is a bit difficult in this bathroom layout. But other than that, it is an excellent hotel."
