In a world where good service is so hard to find. I could not fault the ALL

Fantastic hotel with a great spa and amazing service. I can’t wait to return.

Was met in hotel own car park , valet got our luggage. Easy check in. Really attentive staff. Very good indeed

The hotel staff was very welcoming, the hotel is very well located, the room was elegantly furbished and had a spacious bathroom

We spent 7 nights here and were very impressed. We had a great room that was kept exceptionally clean, fantastic breakfasts and the pools are excellent. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful and the hotel is a 2 minute walk from the station. Highly recommended.

A friendly hotel with a very good breakfast selection and a great pool - or more. I went for a morning swim in the warm pool and then in the cold one, very invigorating.

I'll start with: I cant find a single bad thing i could say about Due Torri in Abano Terme. Everything was just great. Staff was the politests and the helpful of all I have ever encountered. Rooms are fantastic. Spa services are very pleasant. Hotel has a doctor who can advise you which spa services are to help you. Swimming pool is really warm and pleasant. It contains thermal water, and although its big size, its not for swimming, but for relaxing and enjoying the spa machines, such as baths...

A little bit outdated hotel but it did have all we needed, secluded areas, very quiet and you can actually use all facilities at the other 2 hotel buildings, we only had breakfast included wich could be little better but overall we where really happy for what we paid for that hotel in July speciall thanks to the receptionist at night ,they were very nice and helpful

Front staff is amazing. He helped me book a taxi late night on short notice. Jumped through hoops

Best hotel in Este by far. Beautiful sprawling grounds overlooking the castle. Excellent staff and service. Only downside was that the room was very hot when I arrived and it took the Aircon 3 hours to cool it down. After that it was fine.

There is not much around but the hotel was great

Very nice comfortable and clean space. In midst of shopping area and a short walk to main square and market. Alessandro very friendly and helpful.

The place is absolutely incredible, felt like staying in the most romantic and lovely room ever. It clean, luxurious and spacious, full of rustic charm. We had suite room (annex): two floors (living room/dinning room and little kitchenette downstairs, bedroom and bathroom upstairs) with our own private entrance. Honestly, you will never get such chick in any hotel! Hosts are the most caring and wonderful warm people! Very kind, attentive and charming. Filippo got in touch with us before...

Worth staying here in Ravenna as a central place from which to explore. Stayed a couple of nights and, despite my allergic rhinitis, I slept well without any severe symptom flare up. The “giant Hercules” statue in the courtyard is in itself worth the stay. I happened to see it in the courtyard with the sun during the day and moon and stars at night. Brilliant way to acquire a more experientially meaningful taste for Renaissance art (and architecture / design?) which I had always appreciated the...

A beautiful hotel, interiors designed and furnished with no expense spared. A stay here is quite different from a typical top end hotel, in that some may perceive the service to be less polished, but it is much more personal, sincere, and for me preferred. So expect something different, but very much worthwhile. The food is excellent and interesting, so nice to see when the fare offered in most cities is uniform. The immediate environs are not attractive, which I expected, but a good base to...
