Jeta was very warm, polite, and professional. She welcomed us with a smile and helped us with excellent menu recommendations. Denis was also very attentive, quick, and always ready to help without even needing to be asked. Both of them worked with dedication and professionalism, making the service perfect. The front desk staff has also been super helpful, informative, and very professional from the moment we arrived. Their assistance made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. The view is breathtaking, the food is prepared with great care, but the service from Jeta, Denis, and the entire staff truly elevated the entire experience to another level."
