"Une arrivée décevante je réserve une chambre pour deux on me propose une pièce avec deux petites cloisons avec lits individuels On nous reloge je demande pour accéder à la piscine on me dit oui mais il y a un supplément de 10€/heures par personne je dit oui ok ( même si se n’est pas précisé à la réservation et par la suite on me dit la piscine n’est pas accessible mon mari a mis les traitements on a eu du monde se week-end ( nous étions mardi soir !!!) "Wir haben zu sechst richtig viel Spaß gehabt und uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Perfekt war die sehr sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Wann kommt ins Haus und hat das Gefühl man wohnt schon darin. Das ist von vielen Holzboden so knaut und knirscht war für uns nicht nur nicht störend, Sondern Hattest du uns nur noch viel gemütlicher gemacht. Es war wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt."

"Spent one night here, whilst touring. As you arrive, your first thoughts are WOW! The check in service was excellent. We were tired and not thinking straight, but the young man was patient and explained everything. We were confused as we had to pay on arrival but money had already been taken off the account. That was a security deposit of 100€. The rooms were enormous. The bed was extremely comfortable. The toilet was separate to the sink and shower. Kettle, coffee machine and fridge available for your use. The Spa is definitely worth the 5€ each for the hour. A steam room, sauna, 2 hot tubs and an exercise pool plus showers. We didnt eat or drink here but the price for the night was amazing value. The whole hotel was clean and in very well maintained."

"The reception area was convenient and the check in process was easy. The gentleman escorted me to the room and explained which doors would be available during evening hours. He also gave a brief explanation of how everything in the room worked (lights, air conditioning) and pointed out the refrigerator as well as the coffee maker and condiments. The touch of leaving a couple of water bottles in the refrigerator for us was very much appreciated. "

Spacious, well decorated and clean apartment

"Spacious, well decorated and clean apartment. Coffee and tea sachets provided (including coffee pods) provided and replenished each day. Also washing up cloths and dishwasher tablets. Comfortable 3-piece suite. Approx. 30 minute drive from Luxembourg city. There is also a bus service, but I don't know how frequent. There is plenty of off-road parking. The hotel is immediately next to a petrol station, but don't let this put you off. You don't notice it. And there is a well-stocked shop at the petrol station. Note that the hotel is in an isolated location, a couple of miles outside Helperknapp. Also it is in the canton (county) of Mersch, not the town of Mersch. And Helperknapp is also know as Tuntange. In short, trust your sat nav even if it appears to be taking you somewhere unexpected (possibly speaking from experince [laugh emoji])"
