The only downside was when using the card for the parking we had to go back to the hotel to hand it back after we had left. Maybe the option of a drop-off box at the parking location would be a better idea. But other than that minor issue the hotel cleanliness, location, was brilliant."

"While we were a little nervous about the somewhat shabby area around this small, quiet hotel, we were quite happy to enter and find an immaculately clean, modernized facility. The parking area, while not a garage, fell safe and secure. The staff was incredibly welcoming and kind, the common areas fresh and modern and the room so clean and sparkling! Absolutely the only reason I had to take off a star was because the mattress really could use replacing. It felt old and I could feel the springs....
