All the staff from cleaning crew on up were very helpful and attentive. Definitely would recommend your beautiful establishment. I wasn't given the name of the person that found my earring and placed it where I could find it in the car from valet parking. I really want to thank you for that. That meant a lot because they were a gift from my dad.

We had a wonderful experience at Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico! The resort is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the views are absolutely stunning. It’s a great place to unwind, enjoy the scenery, and make special memories. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Puerto Rico!
