Frustada ao chegar no hotel! Não tem elevador para subir c as malas, recepcionista nada agradável, fui colocada em um quarto que não havia sido limpo e que o A/c não estava funcionando! Tive que ser relocada de quarto! Extremamente caro para o que oferece! Não ficarei novamente.

Very frustrating ro find out there is no elevator on property. My room was on the 3rd floor. Going up by stairs with luggage and everytime you return was really tiring. The staff is alwYs very pleasant

The staff were all friendly and it is in a great location just a block from a wonderful beach. There was some sort of construction happening on the roof directly above our room so every morning, including on the weekend, we were woken up at 7:30 to the sounds of a power saw and heavy objects being dropped on our ceiling. Seeing as how the hotel did not feel at all full, they could have moved us to a different room without this inconvenience. The rooftop pool area was nice and the breakfast was fine. The bathroom was small and cramped and the shower temperature was all over the map. It was fine for a couple nights as a base to explore the area but not the most comfortable of hotels overall.

A estadia foi boa, não gostei que dois dias antes me mandaram um valor diferente do que paguei no site dizendo que estava sem taxa e imposto, porém no site dizia com taxas e impostos, mas gostei que quando falei isso eles concordaram em não cobrar nada diferente. O local é bem gostoso, tem muitas escadas que não torna muito acessível, mas voltaria se precisasse.

O hotel no geral é bom. Perto da praia . A localização é boa, os funcionários excelentes. O café da manhã superou as nossas expectativas. A rua é um pouco barulhenta por estar próximo a ponte .

Barulho.
O Hotel é muito bem localizado mas fica entre um viaduto e um posto de gasolina. O posto é 24 horas e tem diversos equipamentos de calibragem de pneu que apitam a todo momento. O Hotel deveria pedir ao posto para desligar o alarme de quando o pneu chegou a calibraçao das 22 ate as 08 horas. No mais um bom hotel, bom atendimento e otimos profissionais.

Funcionário da noite nos recebeu com uma simpatia excepcional. Nos deu dicas importantes e muito úteis sobre a cidade e passeios. Limpeza impecável mas somente a cama de casal não era muito confortável, colchão estava irregular (buracos), mas no geral uma experiência muito agradável com o hotel.

O hotel é simples, mas limpinho. O atendimento, café da manhã eram excelente. Não gostei muito da acomodação em que fiquei, pois além da barulheira do posto de gasolina ao lado, a cama rangia ao me virar.
