"The Power went out 7 times within 2 Days. Hot means Cold and Cold means Hot when using the shower or sink. It seems as if no one knew what was going on day to day! All though it say "All In-Clusive" beware of how they treat you. They seem as if they don't want it to be inclusive, they want you to be limited in everything."

"If you’re looking for a good time and relaxation then this is your place. The beach is beautiful. Ocean water is clear blue. Food and drinks are limited. They give you a list of drinks to choice from anything else is extra. There are only two restaurants, not three. One restaurant is a buffet and the other restaurant is reservation only with a limited menu. The pools are small and there isn't a pool bar as advertised. The beds are very comfortable, however the rooms are not as nice as the ones advertised on the website. All and all I had a great time. Met a lot of great people but my next trip to DR i will go back to Punta Cana or La Ramana. "

"Everything was great except the fact that they charged me $100 plus $32p/day for a SERVICE DOG. He’s not a pet. They claimed I would receive amenities for my dog but never received anything. I have never ever had to pay at a hotel for a SERVICE DOG. I love staying here but the Sheraton Hotel doesn’t charge me for a SERVICE DOG. Their staff is not even aware of how to handle this situation. "
