A couple of minutes walk from the rail link to Zermatt .Chargeable parking under hotel. Nice draught beer. Nice bedrooms.

Been before

The hotel has a charming vintage-style design, with beautiful decorative pieces displayed throughout the property. Our room was comfortable and included a balcony, as well as two sleeping areas separated by a curtain. The only downsides were the shower, where it was difficult to control the water temperature, and the breakfast, which was basic. The staff were courteous, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay.

We stayed 3 nights to celebrate a special birthday. The staff, hotel and restaurant were first class and went out of their way to make our experience special. We took a taxi to Zermaat from a nearby town and the hotel sent a horse and carriage to collect us. The location of the hotel was fantastic for the wonderful town and for views of the Matterhorn from our room. A wonderful hotel in Saas Fee! We stayed in a triple room which was very spacious and modern! Breakfast is fantastic and the afternoon cakes in the hotel are a lovely touch! A luxury ski hotel !

Used the hotel as a base for a Dufourspitze summit and it was ideal - opposite the Zermatt rail, there's a supermarket next door and parking.
