"We loved this place!!!! It was like a fairytale. The view from our room was awesome! Also, the servers in the restaurants were friendly and helpful . Our room was cozy, beds comfy, and big for all of us! Three of us stayed and even the couch bed was comfy. We were close to BLM train and not far from cable car. There was hiking and access to the flower park which my kids loved. We hiked to Gimmelwald too Back up actually and it was hard but my kids did it! They even paraglided ! 5 stars!! We didn’t want to leave "

"We have stayed here 3 times now, and each time it has been top marks. The hotel is close to everything that you need, but still far away from all the crowds of the square. Our room was immaculate, and the turn down service an added bonus. The front desk is the best part of the hotel- friendly and helpful. "Great place to stay, large modern clean room with balcony. Located in the heart of the town close to train station and shopping Staff was excellent, breakfast buffet had plenty of options and after noon coffee, tea and pastries in the afternoon was a nice surprise. Will definitely return"

"This location is excellent and the train station is across the street, (I never heard the train). The green line bus stop is about a 30 second walk, while the heart of downtown is located a couple of minutes from this hotel. The rooms were clean and my hostel bed was configured in such a way that it was very private. I would stay here again!"
