"It’s a lovely resort with super friendly and helpful staff. They make your stay really enjoyable. However, do not expect much from the beach, I think they have sewerage going straight to the water. We could really not stand the smell leave alone to swim here. I don’t think this is the fault of the hotel but I think it’s worth mentioning."

"Definitely one of the nicest hotels that I have ever stayed at in the Philippines. The hotel looked similar to the hotels in Las Vegas, most likely because it also housed a casino. I stayed in one of the premiere rooms with access to the private lounge on the top floor. The treatment by the lounge staff was deserving of the status of a 5 star hotel as it allowed all of our needs to be handled by the separate concierge staff in the lounge instead of the front desk downstairs. The breakfast inside of the lounge was great because it wasn't crowded and had a great selection of various foods that were not limited to your normal bacon and eggs breakfast. The hotel also was connected to a small upscale mall that that had a few different restaurants in it as well. Unfortunately, most of the stores in the mall were not the usual venues that I would patronize, but at least it allowed for a little window shopping. One bonus that the mall had was there was movie theater attached as well. Being a veteran of many Las Vegas adventures, the casino left much to be desired. Much smaller than the casinos in Vegas, and not a big variety of the more popular slots in the US. The only negative that I could find about the hotel was the location. Although there was a shopping mall listed as being in the area, it was not safe to walk there as it was across a major highway that did not have a crosswalk nearby. Overall, If I could just rate the staff and cleanliness of the hotel, it's a 10."

Plantation Bay a Real Resort with a Real Spa

"I love the beach side room. Very interesting place. Walking around is my favorites rather than ride the golf cart to get around the resort. The front desk need some training how to greet meet the guests. I mean more pleasant even if you are local or foreign. Helen Williams ( guests )"

"We stayed 2 nights at the Sheraton which was a lovely treat before flying back home. My partner and I had an amazing experience. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied and outstanding quality. All the staff we interacted with were so helpful and friendly. We both made use of the spa for a massage which was so good and the staff in the spa were also amazing."
