Fantastic hotel I love this chain always so attentive and cater for every eventuality

I chose this hotel for my birthday treat , and it was perfect! The spa was incredibly relaxing, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable with beautiful views. The staff at the front desk and the manager went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. They also put a little welcome and birthday cake in my room. Really appreciate it. Will definitely stay again.

Room ,A/C were what I expected it to be. Very modern and was way beyond my expectations. Staff from check-in and check-out were very respectful,kind and helpful and friendly . Breakfast was very good as well. Airport transport arranged was on time and driver Junel was very helpful. I would highly recommend and would definitely book this hotel again.

We had a wonderful bungalow (sanctuary villa) and we enjoyed everything at coco groove. Superfriendly staff, very good food in the restaurants and a dream-beach. But you have to be carful, while booking-there are many different roomtypes and our friends were very unhappy with the villa they booked.

Was amazing

The hotel is in a really convenient place near the Ayala mall which has everything you need. The room was excellent and cleaned every day. The staff were also very helpful and we used the laundry service which was great. I would stay here again.

Overall this place is absolutely wonderful. Other than the HUGE pool, the service from everyone is just exceptional. Rooms are spacious and clean with nice bathroom. The breakfast is full of options. Quite expensive pool bar menu for the Philippines, in some cases more expensive than what you could find in a western country. Good food. But then again, they are a 5* hotel. Overall we had a great stay. Fantastic if you are exhausted and just want to chill out.

This resturant was just unbelievable. I stayed here last year in may (late review i know) and i cannot say anything but kind and positive words about my experience here. Great view

I visited Villa Caemilla with my husband for our honeymoon in May 2015 for 4 nights. Everything about this hotel is absolutely amazing. Words will not do justice to what a fantastic time we had staying here. Lets begin with the airport transfer. We loved our stay at South palms. Everything was fantastic and there is so much to do within the resort itself. Would recommend it to anyone heading to Bohol.

The room was clean and domestics are really hospitable and kind. The ground floor staff are very welcoming and very accessible if you fancy dining outside the hotel. It was fun we enjoyed our short stay. We will definetely come back and book next time we will visit Cebu.
