We do not blame the staff, but the management who did not train the highschool girls that were to serve us. The breakfast was a laugh. All this does not sum up to a 4 star hotel."

"Nice small town feel. Very basic, budget friendly,quiet, clean and safe. Close to train station and grocery. They need to update the description since there is no pool or breakfast provided. It is about 30-35 minutes by train and bus to airport and Legoland in Billund."
