Rather tatty Campanile which is quite difficult to find and in a rather run down industrial estate. Rooms are okay. Restaurant has limited opening hours. Wouldn’t stay here again

Séjour décevant. Au prix de la nuit sur un séjour d'une semaine, je pense que l'on peut mieux faire. Pas de restauration! mauvaise communication sur ce sujet lorsque l'on réserve !!. Sinon j'aurais choisi un autre hôtel.

Om 7.30 uur nog niemand aanwezig voor het ontbijt, wat van 7.00 tot 10.00 uur zou zijn. Belgische gasten hadden gebeld en misschien zou er iemand om 8.00 uur zijn. Schandalig voor een doorreishotel. Geld voor het ontbijt wil ik terug.

L'hotel est situé autour d'autres hotels qui ressemblent plus à des foyers de migrants.Pas terrible pour la publicité de votre établissement. Dommage, car il est semble correct même s'il manque un rafraichissement au niveau des portes.

Les arbustes ne sont pas taillés on se les prends dans la figure pour aller à la chambre avec les valises à la main. Chambre vétuste. Les vis du volet roulant ne tiennent plus. Il n'y avait qu'une seule dosette de café pour 2; Pas de sucre. Pas de restauration. Seul point positif il y a un chauffage électrique dans la SDB. Déçu par cet établissement qui ne correspond à cette chaine de restau et hôtels

Nous sommes arrivés tard, le code fourni par sms pour récupérer la clé était erroné, personne ne répondait au numéro d’urgence prévu à cet effet. Nous sommes donc restés jusqu’à minuit dehors. La chambre était sale, aucune serviette n’était fournie aussi bien pour se doucher que pour le sécher les mains. Pire nuit dans un hôtel depuis très longtemps.

Hôtel décevant.

Ma femme étant en situation handicap reconnue par la MDPH nous avions demandé une chambre PMR. Celle ci a été donné a un jeune sans handicap qui voulait être au RDC et nous, avons eu une chambre normal pas très accessible. Sans compter que la chasse d'eau des toilettes ne fonctionnait pas. Et pourtant j'ai été leur dire et ils n'ont rien fait. Cela est loin d'être un trois étoiles.

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble hôtel à rafraichir car un peu vieillot mais confortable. Il serait bon d'installer une douche à l'italienne dans les chambres car pour des personnes d'un certain age difficile de monter dans la baignoire sinon tout etait correct.
