Room was terrible. Tv was in Spanish and switching between channels and flickering on and off. Only light that worked in the room was tve onr by the bathroom. Toilet seat was so loose it was about to fall off. Wiring channel on the wall was falling off. The front panel on the AC was broken off. Sticky soda rings on top of the furniture where drinks were sat and not cleaned. The parking lot is tiny and the layout of the spaces should be reviewed. After checking on and discovering all tge issues, staff had us waitinh in our vehicle almost 2 hrs till the "fixed the issues" aftee not being able to do so they gave us a new room. We went to out event we were staying there for, cane back to the new room only to find the door wouldn't close without slamming it and the room smelled like it had been smoked in for 10 years with no ventilation. My son has asthma so the smell really bothered him so it was then when i gave up and looked for a new hotel at 1030 at night on the 1st night we were there. I found a hotel room that was "event priced" (overpriced) at which i had to spend anothrr $430 for one night!!! We originally were staying Friday and Saturday but the new hotel was only available Friday night so we werent able to stay for our event Saturday night and lost $140 on those tickets. The hotel issues made the whole trip an inconvenience. I we wouldn't stay at the hotel if we were paid to!!! I cMg believe it is still open for business with the condition its in.

Every surface is new in this vintage property nicely restored. Turquoise and white theme and I appreciate it the overall cleanliness of the room. I was here for two nights and it’s location looking out at Atlantic Avenue with the ocean in the distance is amazing for the price.

The room was awful, the walls were basically like a jail cell. The bathroom had cracks everywhere, and the beds were so uncomfortable and loud! I was not impressed by anything about this hotel.

This hotel doesnt look like the picture, it looked very unsafe and when I explained to the front desk clerk that I was not going to stay at the hotel he tried to force me to stay. Emphasizing to try it for one night first. If your a woman or have children do not stay at this hotel. Especially by yourself.

Checkin was kind and humble, was able to be accommodated. Great walking distance to multiple places we wanted to go to. Room was spacious for what we wanted. We came for a family event and our stay was good for the few days here.

I booked a king room a week before going down to stay, when I got there they told me there wasn't a king room available even though they charged my card 2 days prior to my check-in to reserve the room (which I wasn't aware they were doing because it said they were charging me at midnight the day of check in on the booking listing). They told me i would have to stay in a queen room instead (for the same price even though it was cheaper a week prior). So I was irritated about that and demanded a partial refund for the inconvenience and since the queen rooms were cheaper. I was denied the refund but I checked in anyways. I went up to the room and it wasn't even a queen room, it was a room with 2 twin beds... And it was absolutely filthy. Floors were dirty, dressers and shelves had debris and a white substance smeared on everything, the rooms wreaked like smoke (we booked a non-smoking room), the tub/shower was dirty (stains/hair in the tub), and the toilet was all stained with feces and urine... I was livid. I wanted a full refund for the nastiness and the fact the room they put me in was nowhere close to the price of the room that I booked but it would take 5-7 business days for it to process so I said screw it and stayed anyways considering I was only there for the night for business. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU OR ANYONE YOU KNOW THAT IS CONSIDERING BOOKING THIS HOTEL TO LOOK ELSEWHERE AND SPEND A FEW EXTRA DOLLARS TO STAY AT A DIFFERENT ESTABLISHMENT. 0 OUT OF 5 STARS!!!

Roaches & lie to your face management
Terrible all around. They had cockroaches in the room and when I visited main office, they couldn't do anything and only sprayed bug cleaner. When I asked for refund, they relegate to Hotels.com and then play games and deny everything. They are literally lying in saying (a) they don't have roach problem, in (b) denying my interaction with mangement and (c) denying interaction with Hotels.com .They are lying on everything. I would report them too if I could too.

Sink had a horrible odor and backed up when water running, there were holes in the bathroom door, the lock on entry door did not work, sheets were dirty (and wrinkled), it was very noisy, it smelled in stairway and elevator, there were pink stains on the furniture,
