Great service at the restaurant, great food too

Das Silena ist ein Ort, der von Anfang an ein Gefühl von Ankommen und Wohlfühlen vermittelt. Schon die Abholung in Brixen war ein wundervoller Start in unseren Aufenthalt. Im Hotel wurden wir herzlich mit Namen begrüßt, herumgeführt und zu einem Willkommensgetränk an der stilvollen Bar eingeladen. Im Zimmer erwarteten uns eine liebevolle Willkommenskarte und Pralinen. Die Lage des Hotels ist traumhaft – umgeben von einer malerischen Berglandschaft, die vor allem im Winter wie ein Märchen wirkt....

I was offered the use of the hotel garage for my motorbike which gave me the assurance of safety and also know it would be dry should it rain overnight.

Staff were very welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay, they could not do enough to help us and make sure our stay was as smooth as possible. Spa facilities were great, lots of options and not too overcrowded. At the beginning of our stay we were given a list of all the activities put on by the hotel that week which was a nice touch. Friendly staff, nice property with great spa facilities and good location.

The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing. If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. A couple of the kids shows are in Italian but our toddler still loved them and all the outings...

Wow, why why why did I book only one night here? Everything was so good. All rooms - everything - is completely new, spacious, clean, and the owners are so nice! We arrived after a very long day and were worried we would not find a restaurant. We discovered that out of 3 restaurants in Neder - one, and a very good one i might say, is INSIDE the hotel!
