"A very nice hotel. Superb breakfast but no evening meals available. Wifi in the common areas but not in our room which was in the annex on the opposite side of the small carpark. Hotel is in the pedestrian area at the very centre of the town which has a nice atmosphere and good bars and restaurants. Frinedly staff. Only criticism : hotel impossible to find by car unless you know exactly where to go. The booking does not make it at all clear. Email the hotel for directions to their car...

"I would love to give Hotel Mondschein 5 out of 5 because most of their employees were friendly and easy to talk to. However, upon arrival I had one of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever had at a hotel. A senior (late 50's - early 60's) front desk manager "greeted" me with disrespect and haughtiness. Since I assume that he is the patriarch of the family-owned hotel, he probably cannot be educated nor reassigned which is too bad as he ruined my entire stay in Sterzing."
