Charged double what was quoted by you. Despite previously contacting the property in regards to travelling with dogs this became an issue at check in. Connecting rooms but connecting doors locked. Made to feel as if we were the issue. Two small rooms not the quadruple room that was booked.

This place is not as advertised. No air conditioning or fans in 40c heat, filth covered mattresses and walls.
