I needed to pay buggy car, also needed to pay for the bottle water in the villa, there was this lady whose role is not clear to me asked me to pay cash. "It was a clean room, breakfast not much selection, staff have to use google translate to communicate in English which works because I have booked for a room with balcony however they were able to give it because it was not available, but this was explained to me until I was in the room, hence needing a google translate to explain why it wasn’t provided. I didn’t demand further as I was led onto the room already and having a two way conversation is really hard. The day before I check in, I messaged them regarding an earlier check in but no reply. I’m ok that they have given me a room on earlier check in but just disappointed that there’s no window at all."
