"It was ok, breakfast was ok but no option for any food at any other point no day menu"

"Overall, this property is okay, not the 4 stars though. Our room and shower cabin were tiny even for European standards. The shower door seal was broken with a lot of water leaking on the bathroom floor even with the door shut. Hotel’s location is good, near Trieste and accessible to a freeway to the beautiful areas of Slovenia and Croatia. Breakfast was plentiful to our taste. No swimming pool. Free parking with a sufficient number of stalls. Interesting fact that the elevator is turned off between 10pm and 7am. Not a big deal if you are capable of using stairs but would be a challenge for some folks. "

"An amazing farm filled with beauty inside the apartment and outside. Exceptional breakfast available. Superb host always ready to answer questions and filled with a deep knowledge about vineyards, olives, and fruit trees on his farm. Tranquil, peaceful, and also close to the delightful town of Piran. Delightful for young children with a variety of birds and chickens. Also, a playhouse provides sheltered creativity and play; a slide is adjacent to the playhouse. Private hot tub in this setting complements the beauty and tranquility of this incredible tourist farm. "

"There is no Uber here! Also - the pictures are a lie! The “resort” is right in a campground. The dinner buffet is really your only choice as there is nothing around. Our room was not clean, we saw bugs. Had I known I would not have booked here. "

A little difficult to understand parking and apartment location video but manager responded to questions with a screenshot of parking location and the apartment location. "We loved this property. It's a 100-year-old stone structure that's been beautifully renovated to create a very airy and comfortable interior. Lots of space, very clean, and a great outdoor eating area. The neighborhood is residential, but still a quick drive to restaurants and groceries, and centrally located among Piran, Croatian wineries, and some wonderful biking/hiking trails along the coast. The host was super responsive and helpful with questions we had about the area. "
