"Très propre, facile à trouver, bon site avec beaucoup à proximité. Le personnel est très serviable par e-mail avant et en personne sur place. Le seul point négatif pour moi était que la caravane était un peu petite et les meubles un peu gros pour la chambre."

A great place to stop off as a family driving down from the UK to the SW France. Very good value for two adjoining rooms, really modern hotel with a pool. The only let down was breakfast - they seemed to have been short staffed on the day with one stressed staff member trying to manage it all and the choice of food was limited. Given we paid extra for it, we’d expected more for our money. Despite that we’d happily stay again and would recommend to other families for one night stop over en route...

For us, a perfect location for a night's sleep. Faultless staff & comfort. Excellent breakfast & overall, good value. What would have been perfect, - a Michelin recommended restaurant next door!

Host was very helpful and friendly. Bedroom huge and very clean, this is a very traditional French home and is all the better for retaining original fixtures. Parking is on the road opposite the entrance to the property, not a problem at all. Well located minutes from centre of town with lots of restaurants , we used it as a stopover whilst heading south and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Would highly recommend

Roland was a very kind and thorough host with excellent English. We loved the jacuzzi and huge TV and the children enjoyed the massage chair. Chateauroux is a very beautiful town and I would recommend Chez Stephanie and would stay here again.

We stayed for one night in the family suite. Big living space and 2 good sized bedrooms with aircon in each room. Kitchen facilities as well. Plenty of parking. Easy self service check-in.
Breakfast was included in our rate. Not a buffet style but plenty of breakfast provided which was continental.
Location quiet but a bit out from the centre. We decided to get a uber there and back as it was supposedly a 20 + min walk to the old town.
No on site staff, however all communication was excellent....

I have stayed at this hotel several times and I have never found a speck of dust or a marked or unclean surface. I have always enjoyed a good undisturbed sleep. The staff are very helpful and even uncorked some wine for me. Its location is fantastic, just off the n20/a20. Free parking and free strong Wi-Fi. It is next to a retail park , cheap fuel available at carrefour. There are several fast food restaurants nearby. It’s a real bargain
