"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. My room was a good size, clean and had good amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to central Brussels to access the touristy locations and Brussels rail station - in case you want to venture out to other parts of the city or to other cities. Overall very pleased with my stay and would highly recommend."

"Brilliantly located for Gare Midi, literally just a two minute walk to the hotel. Very central, so quite bustling, but a comfortable bed and a good shower at a good price."

"The room was perfectly serviceable and comfortable, clean and quiet. It was showing some surprising wear and tear in places however - scuffs and marks to furniture, torn carpet etc. Two of the three (very small) elevators were out of order when I stayed, and the one remaining lift insisted on stopping at every floor on the way down, making for a slow and squeezy departure!"

"My stay at Hotel Jakarta was absolutely wonderful! The service was exceptional from start to finish—from the warm welcome at the front desk to the attentive room service and the wonderful team at breakfast. Everyone made me feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for. The included breakfast was a highlight and added great value to the stay. The water views were impeccable, and having a private balcony was such a lovely touch—the perfect spot to relax and take it all in. The hotel was also conveniently accessible to public transportation, making exploring Amsterdam easy. A beautiful hotel with outstanding hospitality. I would happily stay here again!"

"This is my second stay in the hotel (room 92 this time) and I did have a nice stay there. There were, however, some minor nuisances that went in the way of the experience that need to be taken care of. 1. the bath room sink was blocked and it needs immediate attention because the sink was getting filled up quite quickly. 2. This was not really a problem for me during my stay but I can see that being a problem to others down the line especially people who will rent the same room (92) in winter. The balcony door needs to be sealed better because I felt draft coming from there. 3. This just me being a little picky here but more tea bags and coffee would have been really appreciated. The staff provided everything I needed but it would have been been better to have enough tea and coffee in the room. Other than that, there isn't really any issue I can think of. I had a great stay and I will definitely consider the hotel again when I visit Brussels again."
