"Ein ehemaliges Jagdhaus wurde vor kurzem zu 4 ganz tollen Wohnungen ausgebaut. Ich habe schon mehrere sehr nette Gastgeber kennengelernt, aber noch nie jemanden, der mit so viel Freude und echter guter Laune diesen Job ausfüllt! Offensichtlich hat er sich seinen Traum erfüllt und kann es kaum glauben, wie schön alles geworden ist! Zum Frühstück gibt es Baguette, Schinken o.ä. vom lokalen Fleischer, mehrere leckere Käsesorten, selbstgemachte Marmelade und oft noch einen selbstgebackenen Kuchen....

"A fabulous stay and spotlessly clean We had a friendly welcome, a great breakfast with lots of homemade cakes and jams. The owner has lots of time for all the guests and also took the time to explain a local running route."

"Hôte accueillant mais le logement est décevant. Logement ou le ménage n’avait pas été fait avant notre arrivé. Sol collant, draps avec miettes, frigo pas nettoyer, miroir et murs de douches avec traces noires, toilettes sales et la poubelle n’avait pas été vidée avant notre arrivée. Très peu informés sur la gestion de leur auberge. Pas de réponses à nos questions ni d’échange à travers la plateforme Hotel.com (obligé de les appeler). "Got a room with balcony, perfect for the price, cheap no frills room for the night, with lift and vending machine in reception with MW. Air con not great but it was October. Pillows are very basic and small, overall great stay for the price"

"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful château in the countryside of the Loire Valley. The host was welcoming & friendly and very informative, helping us with suggestions of restaurants and sites to see as well as some history on her home which has been in her family for 18 generations. Having come from busy, crowded and loud Paris (which we loved as well), Château de la Giraudière was exactly what we needed next; quiet, fresh air and a small village environment. Our host and owner of this magnificant château put on delicious breakfasts every morning and we also enjoyed an amazing dinner one night. Our room was stunning as was the property including a very elegant pool and lovely terrace. We were thrilled with our stay and hope to return one day!"
