"On arrival we had to try several numbers to get a response We had no hot water in any of the 3 rooms. We called and he returned saying it was sorted and we would have hot water after 3hrs but we still didn’t have any in the morning. "This is a lovely hotel in the heart of Nogent Sue Seine. Due to the very hot weather our room was very hot; we had a fan but it didn’t really help and as there was a “party” outside and we needed the windows open, we had a sleepless night. However, the swimming pool was great, as was the breakfast. ..."
