"The room was very clean and everything we needed especially the air con as it was very hot when we stayed . The WiFi was a bit intermittent but the staff were very helpful and polite and it was very good value - would definitely stay again"

"Perfectly located hotel with close walking proximity to everything. Very clean and sleek hotel room that felt quite luxurious for its price. The highlight of the our stay was the staff that was extremely helpful and accommodating. When we first walked in they offered us drinks while we waited for them to sort our check in details. After when we had needed assistance with the safe in our room, the hotel receptionist who helped us was very kind and funny. We then subsequently forgot our card in our room and he was so patient and understanding! Really well trained staff and beautiful hotel to have stayed at. It made our trip to Toulouse very very memorable. Would definitely book here again. 💙🤍❤️"

The location is excellent — central, close to restaurants and other amenities, which made getting around very convenient. The staff were helpful throughout our stay, and we appreciated the parking discount offered by the hotel. Overall, a nice experience with good value and friendly service."

"The hotel is right across the train station which is very convenient. The staff are very friendly and accommodating especially the operations manager. The hotel is really in need of remodeling almost everywhere. The elevator and the carpet in the corridors are so dirty and old. Breakfast was good and offered variety of items. Overall the hotel is good with a tendency to just ok."
