If you want a true taste of history, this is the place to stay. The rooms are adequate and warm, though ours had a rather slanted floor. The location is excellent.. right next to the cathedral and at the start of Ribe’s old street, two of the town’s main attractions. Books and pictures from long ago decorate the dinning room. The food is very good and good quality. I recommend having dinner on the first night.
