"### Beautiful Hotel Full of Character in a Great Location We stayed at Hôtel & Spa À la Cour d'Alsace during our visit to Obernai in October 2026 and overall had a wonderful stay. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and full of historic charm and character. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the historic centre of Obernai, making it easy to explore this lovely town. The staff were excellent throughout our stay, and the hotel has a really nice atmosphere. We stayed in the Rouge et Noir Suite, which was spacious, luxurious and spotless. We loved the decor, the comfortable furnishings and the bathroom. It really was a beautiful suite. The one significant issue we had was with the lighting and motion sensors in the suite. They were quite frustrating and affected our stay more than we would have liked. It's something the hotel really should look at, especially in a suite of this standard. Breakfast was good, although fairly basic compared to the rest of the hotel experience. Unfortunately, the options for my wife, who has celiac disease, were not adequate, which was disappointing. Despite these issues, we really enjoyed our stay. The historic charm, beautiful accommodations, excellent staff and fantastic location made this a memorable hotel. We also felt it offered good value for the quality of the property. Overall, a beautiful hotel that we'd happily recommend and would certainly consider staying at again."

"Staff was helpful. There was a pack and play in the room ready for us. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good albeit expensive. Room did have a bit of a smell though. But not a terrible amount."

"La estancia en este hotel estuvo muy bien, el personal agradable, la habitación era espaciosa y tenía cocina. Lo que no me gustó es que en la cocina había un cartel en donde te exigían dejar todos los utensilios limpios y en su lugar, de lo contrario te cobrarían una multa. El problema era que al sacar los vasos para usarlos nos encontramos con que estaban sucios, mal lavados . Es decir, te exigían lavarlos pero luego quienes limpian no los volvian a lavar, entonces si el huesped anterior los lavó así nomas, así van a quedar. Los baños en la pileta deberían ser higienizados con mas regularidad. La ubicación fue excelente, a solo 5 minutos del casco histórico."

"Fabulous hotel in a beautiful village, two minutes walk to the train station (for Colmar and Strasbourg) and there is plenty of safe parking outside the hotel. All the staff were very helpful, we didn’t take the breakfast but it did look very nice."
