"Great location , great staff , great pools. Good a la carte. Buffet is poor and its noisy enough in the rooms can hear next door and people up and down the long corridor. Entertainemnt at night was way too loud couldnt even hold a conversation with people at the table overall an enjoyable stay"

"Overall, we had a really good experience. We stayed on an all-inclusive basis, and the food was great throughout. The entertainment was enjoyable, and there were plenty of pools and sun loungers available. The flat itself was adequate, although there was a noticeable damp smell which was a bit off-putting. On the positive side, we had a lovely sea view which made up for it. The location was excellent — Flamingo Beach was very close by, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance."

"Overall the hotel was tired with lots of examples of wear and tear that had not been addressed. We were all inclusive but one day of this experience put us off and we ate out the remainder of our stay. The food was Luke warm and mushy from being over cooked. The beds were very comfortable. Location is a bit out of the way so car hire is advisable. Ok experience but. No desire to return to this hotel."

"Hotel grounds were lovely and well maintained. We had dinner in the hotel one evening and the food choice was varied and the quality was good. Our room frequently had a sewage like smell we reported it multiple times but had no follow up from the hotel staff. The room Was booked for 3 ADULTS but the pull out bed was inferior and as a result our 25 year old son had a very negative experience. Staff were not especially friendly. I would not rebook this hotel and would not recommend it based on our overall experience."

"It was perfect for what we were looking for. A relaxed , inclusive week by the beach with pools. One of the pool was heated. The staff was lovely and helpful. The hotel was tasteful. There was a gym, a spa, a ping pong table. Breakfast was great. There were plenty of options for dinner,but not a fantastic culinary experience. Having said that it was fine."

"The main pool is too cold to use however there is a covered pool which is much warmer. The kids pool is slightly warmer but still too cold for kids to spend too long in. Hotel grounds, rooms and communal areas are very clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The food is buffet style and perfectly acceptable. "

"Terrible - they have overbooked and we were turned away late at night. However the reception staff were helpful although the alternative they found us was the worst place I’ve ever stayed and they did not pay the taxi fare which they said they would "

"We stayed for 4 days and generally enjoyed it. The location is great, easy to get to and travel from, and the staff are very responsive. There’s a lot to do activities-wise during the day, but all activities finish about 1am latest, although that may change in summer. The food was fine- not incredible but more than fine for just four days, there was enough variety. Overall, a very enjoyable experience "
