On the Camino. Great room. Extremely comfortable and spacious. Beds were brilliantly comfortable. Clean bathroom. Entire place clean. Hosts great value and very trusting. Good feed with wine.

When we arrived, we were informed by the person in charge that the owner was gone for the weekend and had left word that there were no reservations. We had one, and it was prepaid!! But we were in luck because they had rooms, so we got one, not the one we had booked, but a room anyway. Not a great start. When we went to take a shower, the main shower head was broken, with all the water coming out one side seam, not from the jets. The hand shower was broken and unusable. When I tried to use it, water streamed across the bathroom! This was not a luxury hotel at $60 a night, but a serious establishment of any price point should be able to keep track of reservations (fortunately that was straightened out when the owner returned) and offer plumbing that works!

Buenas tardes, siento mucho el error que sufrieron por parte de mi compañera, no encontrando su reserva, por motivos personales tuve que ausentarme ese día, y no podíamos cancelar las habitaciones, no tengo ningún problema en reembolsarles el importe de la noche de hotel, y de nuevo disculparme por las molestias causadas, lo de la ducha lo revisaré para que no vuelva a suceder, gracias por avisarnos un cordial saludo Lorena casadelosdeseos@gmail.com os dejo mi correo electrónico para que se pongan personalmente en contacto conmigo y embolsar les la cuantía de la noche y de nuevo mis más sinceras disculpas

This is a great place to stay. The ensuite rooms are lovely. The hostess went over and above for us. She had planned to close for the day for a private party and had mistakenly accepted our booking. We were the only ones staying there. She offered to make us dinner or we could come to her party! (We chose not to crash her party. ) She made us a lovely dinner and all around made us feel welcome.

The owner of the place is a true customer oriented person. The feel you have of the place is that of your home. It makes you sad having to leave such a bless place!!!!

Perfect el Camino de Santiago stay!
Super friendly and accommodating staff! The charming building was right along el Camino de Santiago and had its own bar and restaurant…perfect after a rainy day hike. The shower was fantastic and the beds were very comfortable and snuggly! I would definitely stay here again!

What a wonderfully restful stay. Lorena, the owner, and her assistant, Sheila, were excellent hosts. This location is for those who want to experience the peacefulness of a small village with its simple charms. A three course dinner with wine and breakfast the next day only add to its value.

Lo siento fue un día difícil estábamos de funeral de un familiar y trabaje lo mejor posible, teniendo que estar en carretera todo el rato, tanatorio, preparativos, funeral aún así ... Una de las personas llegó antes de las 14:00 y se la dio habitación, tuvisteis paella a las 19:00... Y desayuno todos los días desde las 7:00. Siento si no fueron dos días buenos y de pleno rendimiento, un saludo

Das Hotelzimmer inkl. Bad war sehr sauber, dafür ist wohl jemand anderer zuständig. Das Restaurant und Hotel muss man getrennt betrachten. Die Dame die das Restaurant führt ist aber sehr nett, hat uns Essen gerichtet, obwohl wir die einzigen Gäste waren und ist auch extra früh für uns aufgestanden, damit wir frühstücken konnten.

La dueña es genial. Cercana, atenta, agradable... Cocina fantásticamente, te hace la comida en el momento y si le pides algo y puede, te lo hace. Muy detallista el alojamiento y ella. Te prepara también el desayuno cuando le pides.... Un Oasis para cualquiera, los detalles de la habitación son increíbles. Volvería porque es como estar en casa. Y barato, tanto el alojamiento como la comida.

Un lugar para estar a gusto
Casa rural sencilla en un bonito pueblo , una buena base para visitar en coche las maravillas de la zona (Oña, Merindades, Demanda, Burgos, Atapuerca, Sto Domingo+Najera... y por supuesto el Camino de Santiago que pasa por la puerta). Lorena se lo curra para que estes a gusto. Espero repetir la visita, nos quedaron cosas por ver.
