"Although the hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, work didn’t start until 08;00 when we up and about so didn’t affect us or the communal areas. The pool looks lovely (we didn’t use it as it was a very short stop over) and we saw the attendant cleaning it. The entertainment was excellent, bar service, prices and excellent menu to suit all tastes and good portion sizes. Lots of options for breakfast with the best bacon barm I’ve ever had and super table service too. Then the bakery opened OMG it’s amazing and obviously very popular and we managed to bag some treats for our inward journey. When the improvements are complete I expect the hotel will be totally amazing and definitely worth a visit if In Algorfa. All the staff were really helpful and welcoming."
